Not a formal blog post, but a placeholder till I have a piece I’m working on. I was considering the makeup of what I’d put here, and ended up deciding on a splash page where I could share thoughts on hiking, movies, and other stuff going on around Calgary (bottom right pic), general tomfoolery on issues I’m interested in (Milton “Friedom” meme), and of course, politics and current events.

Brother to sibling who will forever be cooler than I am. Born and raised in rural mountain climes, with two years spent in the Arizona desert before getting my education and settling back West where I call home. I love my city, province and country. There is nowhere else in the world which offers such a unique combination of geography, peoples, compassion, and opportunity. It's not perfect, but it's a start. I'm hoping I can payback some small part into making it better. View all posts by Robert Falconer
